The talented chef Evangelos Nikas has a long experience at international luxury hotels around the world and he has cooperated with distinguished chefs both in Greece and abroad. He has become acquainted with legends of world gastronomy such as Alain Ducasse, Huston Blumenthal and Daniel Humm. At the age of 30, he took the decision to return to Greece and bring back images and experiences from culinary journeys around the world that have become the basis of his culinary culture and education. 
At the new Pasithea Rooftop Bar Restaurant of The Athenaeum hotel, the goal is to present a Fine Elegant cuisine with pure Greek products, a flavorful palette and respect towards the customer and the environment by reducing food waste to a minimum.
